Another Igbo Billionaire From Anambra Set To Launch Airline (Photos) Billionaire businessman and Chief Executive of the Dome, Abuja, Dr Obiorah Okonkwo is set to float an aviation company called United Nigeria Airlines in the country. Born on December 5, 1965 in Gombe, North East Nigeria, Dr Okonkwo is a Russian-trained Political Scientist and accomplished entrepreneur from Ogidi, Anambra State. He chairs the boards of a good number of companies including The Dome Entertainment and Hospitality Limited, Solicom Engineers Limited, Private Airline Services Limited and others.
